Hotıì ts'eeda is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team!

Hotıì ts’eeda supports Indigenous health research and building NWT health research and program capacity. The Operations Manager builds and maintains an administrative structure and routine processes to strengthen Hotıì ts’eeda’s decentralized organization. The position oversees internal financial and program monitoring and evaluation. 

This exciting opportunity requires a self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented problem solver and team player to help build this new organization. Candidates should have a college diploma, Bachelor, or Master’s degree in business administration or public administration, or a related field, and progressively responsible experience working in Indigenous or public government, NGOs, or the private sector. Equivalent education and experience will be considered.

Flexible employment arrangements, including secondments from current employers, will be considered. Compensation for this position is competitive with similar responsibility levels in other governments.
