Canadian Frailty Network (CFN) is looking for a knowledgeable, connected, enthusiastic Manager of Partnerships, based in Kingston, Ontario. Reporting to the Assistant Scientific Director, this person will have primary responsibility for developing partnerships and collaborations and securing sponsorships with companies, not-for-profit organizations, governmental bodies and other like-minded organizations to advance CFN’s mission to improve care for older adults living with frailty.

He or she will also be responsible for monitoring CFN’s research and KT portfolio to identify new products, services or other intellectual property that may have the potential to be disseminated and commercialized.  As part of a team, the Partnerships Manager will assist in the development and execution of CFN’s public and private initiatives, which include CFN’s Annual Conference, MindMerge events, National Forums, Expert panel meeting, “road show” events and other public and private events.
