Hotıì ts'eeda is seeking a Graduate student or Fourth year Honours Undergraduate student as Lead Researcher on a contract basis. Excellent oral and written communication, academic research skills, and organizational and project management skills are required. The successful candidate will demonstrate these skills through examples of written work and prior academic or professional experience. Must be able to work independently, and may be required to supervise a Junior-Level Researcher. Preference will be given to NWT residents enrolled in a Post Secondary Institution Program.

The Lead Researcher would conduct the interviews and undertake the work largely on a remote basis, in compliance with COVID precautions. Home office equipment will be made available if required. Flexible work arrangements will be considered.

Due to COVID-19 precautions, this position will be required to work remotely and work arrangements will conform with Tłı̨chǫ Government COVID-19 precautions for staff.
