As Manager of Training, Capacity and Data, Jullian embedded with the Inuvialuit Regional Corporation. He is responsible for Hotıì ts'eeda's Data Access Services and is working towards improved access and documentation involving NWT health data. Additionally, Jullian is responsible for the administration and execution Hotıì ts'eeda Training and Capacity file including (but not limited to) the Edets’seèhdzà Studentship, the Strategic Priorities Program, the Community Researcher Capacity Development Program, HT Financial Grants, the Research Capacity development Program, the Ełèts’ehdèe Student Bursary Award and the Northern Indigenous Counselling Initiative.  Jullian is a registered dietitian with the Nova Scotia Dietetic Association and a graduate of the University of British Columbia’s Master of Health Administration program. He also holds a Professional Specialization Certificate in Population Health Data Analysis from the University of Victoria and is currently enrolled the Western School of Business Preparatory Program for prospective accountants. His other work interests include Inuit food security.
