Dr. Anne Pleydon

Anne is responsible for the overall staff, project, and financial management of Hotıì ts’eeda.

Anne grew up in Hamilton, Ontario. She went on to earn a BSocSc in Criminology, Honours BA in Psychology, MA in Psychology, and PhD in Clinical-Developmental Psychology. She is a registered clinical and forensic psychologist.

For over 25 years, Anne provided, and later managed, mental health services for youth and adults in justice and hospital systems, as well as private practice. Over the course of her career, she has had the pleasure of living and working in Ontario, Nova Scotia, BC, Saskatchewan, and the Yukon.

Anne has been a guest on Yellowknives Dene First Nation land, Chief Drygeese territory since 2021. She is excited to work at Hotıì ts’eeda and support health and wellness initiatives that benefit northern and Indigenous people.
