The Unit is seeking an experienced, collegial individual to lead the day to day management and leadership of a small, dynamic organization focused on supporting NWT communities, individuals, and health researchers to increase health research and training capacity. Applicants should demonstrate progressively responsible experience in staff and operational management, a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Excellent staff and project management, writing, verbal communication, and analytical skills are required. The incumbent will show a strong commitment to cultural safety, and have a mature and responsible commitment to fulfilling administrative requirements of the role.

Research and Communications Specialist, Hotıì ts'eeda

Hotii ts’eeda is seeking a Research and Communications Specialist to provide research and communications support, develop research and communicaitons products, and establishe and maintain processes to undertake Hotıì ts'eeda programs and services. A collegial team member who takes initiative and has a desire to learn, the incumbent will provide research, content development, and coordination support and on projects shared between staff.
This junior position is ideal for new and recent graduates seeking to devote their energy to developing their skills working in a decolonized, innovative, and dynamic work environment. Ideal candidates will have a University degree in a related discipline (social sciences and humanities, health and education, physical and natural sciences, communications) and an interest in research, communications, and working with partners across the NWT to support wellness - related initaitives.
