FINANCE ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK - SCREENING PROCESS

Hotii ts’eeda is seeking a collegial, detail-oriented Finance and Administrative Clerk to provide office administrative support and services to the Operations Manager and Hotıì ts’eeda staff in Yellowknife.

Applicants should possess excellent communications and organizational skills, a relevant educational background, and 5 years of professional experience working in an office environment, with some background in Finance or Accounting. Flexible work arrangements are welcome, as are combinations of equivalent experience and education.

Due to COVID-19 precautions, this position will be required to work remotely and work arrangements will conform with Tlicho Government COVID-19 precautions for staff.

MANAGER - INTEGRATED HEALTH CARE ASSESSMENT (IHCA)

Hotıì Ts'eeda is seeking an applied anthropologist to lead and manage a small team to undertake research into primary health care integrated teams in the NWT, with research sites in Yellowknife and Fort Smith.

Candidates should have a PhD in anthropology, sociology, or a closely related field, preferably with research experience in health care-related settings; or, a Masters degree, with 5-10 years relevant experience will be considered.  Experience in managing small research teams, and with interdisciplinary and Indigenous research methods, would be assets. Excellent project management skills and ability to work independently are required.

This position can be offered as either a 18-month contract or term position, and in compliance with COVID-19 precautions, which may require working remotely, virtually managing 1-3 team members located in the NWT. Secondments from other governments and organizations are welcome, and working hours and arrangements are flexible.

SENIOR POLICY ADVISOR - INTERVIEWING PROCESS 

One year term, full time/Secondments welcome.

The senior policy advisor provides policy advice, project management, and leads projects within Hotii ts’eeda. The ideal incumbent will have a Masters or PhD in health, social, or natural sciences, or a Bachelors degree with 5+ progressive experience in policy and project management. Excellent project management, writing, verbal communication, and analytical skills are required. The incumbent will show a strong commitment to cultural safety, and have a mature and responsible commitment to fulfilling administrative requirements of the role. During Covid precautions, the position will be required to work from home and/or in office, and will not be required to travel outside of Yellowknife.
